Support Coordination is funded through your NDIS plan to help you understand, organise, and use your supports in a way that works for you. It sits alongside your other funded supports and focuses on the behind-the-scenes parts of your plan that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to manage on your own.
This might look like helping you understand what your plan actually allows for, connecting you with providers that are the right fit, coordinating supports so things run smoothly, or stepping in when things change or don’t go to plan. Some people want hands-on help while they find their feet.
Others just need someone in their corner to check in, troubleshoot issues, or help prepare for reviews and changes. There’s no right or wrong way to use Support Coordination, and it doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.
